The roots of our real estate journey run deep, beginning decades ago when my father moved from the Bay Area to Spokane, WA. On his way, he passed through Jackson Hole, WY, where he took a chance and bought a one-acre parcel of land. Years later, that little investment paid off in an unexpected way—he sold it to none other than the actor who played Han Solo, turning a small profit and gaining a lifelong appreciation for real estate. That early experience taught him a fundamental truth: land is finite, and with a growing population, it becomes more valuable over time. Real estate, at its core, is simple: invest wisely, and it will grow.

After earning a Biomedical Engineering degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, I embarked on my own journey, living in Santa Barbara, CA; Naples, FL; and Munich, Germany. Yet the pull of family and a passion for real estate brought me back to the Pacific Northwest, where I dove into Commercial Real Estate. One of my main reasons for returning was family—the value of time, freedom, and connection that my father instilled by being present at all my games and milestones. Real estate offers a unique path to financial freedom and a balance that allows me to prioritize time with my family, especially with my young son, born in 2023.

In founding The 43560 CRE Group, our goal is simple: to help people navigate the opportunities and challenges of real estate with clarity and purpose. With roots in Spokane and a home in North Seattle, I’m passionate about both sides of Washington and deeply appreciate what each has to offer. As someone who approaches life with an open mind and an unwavering enthusiasm for Commercial Real Estate, my mission is clear—to guide others in reaching their financial and personal goals through real estate.
