At ACRE Commercial, we approach real estate from an ownership perspective.
 
Operating as Hawkins Edwards, Inc. (DBA ACRE Commercial), we advise investors, developers, and landlords throughout Washington State and North Idaho. With offices in Spokane and Seattle, our team is deeply rooted in the markets we serve and actively engaged in the flow of capital across the region. We don’t just broker transactions — we analyze risk, evaluate return, and structure opportunities with long-term value in mind.
 
In addition to representing clients, we selectively partner in acquisitions and development projects. That experience shapes how we advise. We underwrite like owners, negotiate with discipline, and stay focused on execution.

With a presence on both sides of Washington, we understand how capital behaves differently in Spokane than in Seattle. Christopher Edwards

Christopher specializes in retail investment sales, land transactions, and development strategy throughout Washington State. He works closely with private investors and developers to structure acquisitions and dispositions with a disciplined, ownership-focused approach.

Prior to joining ACRE Commercial (Hawkins Edwards, Inc.), Christopher worked at two other brokerage firms, earning multiple production awards and being recognized as a 2024 CoStar Power Broker for one of the largest sales transactions in the market that year.

In 2023, after welcoming his first child, Christopher made the decision to transition from a national platform to ACRE Commercial — a firm with longstanding regional roots — to build something more aligned with long-term relationships, flexibility, and a focused Pacific Northwest presence.

Kevin edwards

Kevin focuses on retail and land investment sales, with a strong emphasis on development opportunities across Eastern Washington and North Idaho. He works closely with investors and developers to evaluate sites, navigate entitlement processes, and position projects for long-term success.
 
A Spokane native, Kevin knows the Inland Northwest — the growth corridors, the municipalities, and the relationships that matter when trying to move a deal forward. He understands how development looks different in Spokane than it does in larger metro markets, and he brings a practical, local perspective to every assignment.
 
Before ACRE Commercial, Kevin worked at NAI Black, where he built a solid foundation in brokerage and market analysis. That experience, combined with a development-forward mindset, allows him to approach projects with both strategy and execution in mind.
 
Outside of work, Kevin is a proud father of four young kids, which keeps him active, grounded, and closely connected to the community he serves.

Andrew Chambers

Andrew focuses on retail investment sales throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest, advising clients on single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease opportunities.
 
Before joining ACRE Commercial, Andrew worked at two national brokerage firms, where he developed a strong background in underwriting, financial analysis, and transaction strategy. He works closely with private investors, developers, and operators, helping them evaluate risk, structure deals, and position assets for long-term value.

A Washington State University graduate with a degree in Business Finance, Andrew brings a practical, data-driven approach to every assignment — while keeping communication straightforward and transparent.

Ben Hawkins

Ben works with investors, developers, and national retailers across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on retail investment sales, land, and larger shopping center opportunities. He represents Walmart in the region, giving him firsthand insight into site selection, trade area analysis, and how major retailers think about growth.
 
Based in Spokane but active throughout Washington and Idaho, Ben understands both local market dynamics and broader regional trends. His experience with anchor-driven centers and large-format retail allows him to see the bigger picture — from identifying the right site to positioning a project for long-term success.
 
Ben brings a straightforward, execution-focused approach to every assignment, grounded in real market knowledge and strong relationships across the Northwest.
