Operating as Hawkins Edwards, Inc. (DBA ACRE Commercial), we advise investors, developers, and landlords throughout Washington State and North Idaho. With offices in Spokane and Seattle, our team is deeply rooted in the markets we serve and actively engaged in the flow of capital across the region. We don’t just broker transactions — we analyze risk, evaluate return, and structure opportunities with long-term value in mind.
In addition to representing clients, we selectively partner in acquisitions and development projects. That experience shapes how we advise. We underwrite like owners, negotiate with discipline, and stay focused on execution.
